We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The cost is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of certain items, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Wedges

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by ShoeSphere Store.
